4. Account Usage

  • You agree to use the rented ad accounts strictly according to Meta’s policies and applicable laws.
  • Any misuse, fraud, or violation of Meta’s terms using our accounts is your sole responsibility. Nova Agency will not be liable for any damages or account suspensions caused by your actions.

5. Payment and Refunds

  • Payment for services must be made in USDT as instructed on our website.
  • All payments are non-refundable except where required by law or agreed explicitly in writing.
  • Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or termination of your access to rented accounts.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on the website belong to Nova Agency or its licensors. You may not use them without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nova Agency provides services “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use our services.
